Custom Made Damascus Steel & Wood Handle Knife
We guarantee top class material and modern designs in all our products
The billet (stacked steel) is heated in a forge:
- Temperature: around 1100–1200°C
- Heated until the metal becomes glowing hot (yellow/orange)
The billet is forged into a knife shape:
- The blade profile is formed, / Tang (handle part) is created
- Grinding machines / Belt sanders
Handle materials include:
- Wood (walnut, olive, rosewood) | Micarta | G10 or resin
- Cut and shaped | Attached to the tang using pins or epoxy
